At Gruttadauria Bakery every pastry, cookie and cake is baked with the same ingredients, care and attention that has been handed down through four generations of family bakers.
We celebrate a tradition of creating the worlds finest Italian Confections!
We feature over fifty different varieties of cookies. From the Olde World recipes, we still make Cucidati (Fig), Scottiritzi (Ritz), Taralli and Tetu (Tatoo). We have fifteen unique butter cookies, and our signature Pink and Chocolate Frosted. In addition we feature nine different Chocolate Cookies, Almond Paste, Biscotti and Coconut Macaroons.
Our internationally famous Italian Pastries include: Cannoli, Éclair, Napolean, Ricotta Napolean, Rum Baba, Chocolate Truffle, Sfogliatelli, and Pastachiotti.
