CANNOLI CAKE

White cake with a layer of ricotta and chocolate chips. Iced in buttercream with crushed cannoli shells around the sides.


CARROT CAKE

A super moist cake made with fresh shaved carrots and raisins, paired with either cream cheese or buttercream! (Optional nut addition to the cake with appropriate notice). 


CHOCOLATE DING DONG CAKE

Moist, chocolate cake with layers of chocolate and vanilla whipped cream , with fudge melted over the top.


GANACHE CAKE

Moist, chocolate cake with raspberry filling, iced in whipped cream with chocolate ganache dripping down the outside.


GRUTT-ER-BUTTER PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

Moist, chocolate cake layered with peanut butter buttercream frosting inside and out.


PINA COLADA CAKE

White cake soaked with a Rum simple syrup, a layer of buttercream frosting and crushed pineapple. Iced in buttercream with coconut flakes around the sides!


TURTLE CAKE

Chocolate cake with caramel and pecan filling, iced in fudge and topped with buttercream.


RED VELVET CAKE

This ruby red cake has a delicious flavor all its own. iced with cream cheese frosting, it's too tempting! (Most people don't know that "red velvet" is actually a combination of chocolate and vanilla cake, lucky for you, we figured out the perfect proportions!)


NEAPOLITAN CAKE

If you love our Neapolitan cookies, then this is the cake for you! Three colorful layers of almond paste cake, separated by a layer of apricot and and a layer of raspberry. To top it off we frost the cake with chocolate buttercream, coat it in ganache and roll it in sprinkles!

PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE

The name says it all! Taste the flavors of fall in this moist pumpkin spice cake, commonly paired with cream cheese filling and frosting.(SEASONAL) (Not pictured here.)
